DIY: heart card

Time for another DIY!
Our heart card is so simple to make – and adds that little “something” to every present.
Its minimalistic design is perfect for different occasions like anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or just for a cute everyday note!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Choose a card, design and thread

  1. Trace your design onto a piece of white paper. I used a pencil and drew very lightly, so I could erase the still visible lines after stitching.

  1. Stitch along the lines of your design. I used red thread for one heart and rose for the other. Don’t forget to knot the ends or tape them to the back of your paper. You want the front to look nice and tidy (make sure the tape doesn’t shine through).

  1. Glue the paper to your card. Your card is now ready for your beautiful and inspiring words!

The possibilities are endless: different colors or styles for cards, paper, threads, types of stitches, designs. You could also change the overall theme of your design but we’re all about love. ❤

What do you think of our heart card?

– J.
